Currently working with: Erik Faxgård is partly responsible for the management and implementation of SKL International’s far-reaching task to assist Swedish municipalities and county councils to reach the UN Millennium Goals.

Professional profile: Project-cycle management, OD and change management, program management, monitoring and evaluation, process facilitation and coaching.

Erik Faxgård has worked with support to organizational management during most of his professional career. Through his different professional roles, he has developed a profound international experience and knowledge about how to develop the capacity of organizations, programs and projects, both in public, private and the non-governmental sectors. His recent experience includes several long-term assignments in eastern- and southern Africa as well as management of the municipal partnership program at ICLD.
