Currently working with:  SALAR’s Millennium Goal project in Sweden.

Erika Hellsing Rydergaard has a background in political science and human rights with special focus on Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. She has experience from practical work for the protection of human rights in civil society organisations in Sweden and abroad.

Erika is currently working on SALAR’s Millennium Goals Project, which helps the Swedish municipalities and county councils in their contribution towards the Millennium Development Goals. She is also conducting research on participatory governance in Eastern Europe.
