Associate Consultant Iraq
Currently working with: Associate Consultant in the Transformed Iraqi Local Governance (TRIG) preparatory project, a Sida-funded project with the aim to establish relations with sub-national governments in Iraq, and analyse and plan for a longer term cooperation programme.
Gunnar is a development consultant with more than eleven years of experience in international projects and programmes. His main field of work is in project management, as well as learning and training management, including the development of training materials and other publications. He has extensive experience in designing and implementing comprehensive capacity development processes for strengthened governance of public authorities at central, regional, and local level. Moreover, he has a long term experience of working with civil society organisations.
Besides Sweden, Gunnar has working experience from Afghanistan, Albania, Azerbaijan, Belarus, China, Georgia, Iraq, Mongolia, Rwanda, Serbia, and South Africa.
