Magnus Liljeström has a background in journalism, in development cooperation and – combining these two fields – as press officer at Sida, the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency.

Before joining SKL International he worked with development projects, evaluations and communication projects in his own company. Magnus also has an experience in local politics as member of the municipal board, the municipal council and the welfare committee.
