Professional profile: Organizational development, results based management, human resource management and development, project cycle management and design (LFA), training management, and process consulting.

Marjo Nevala Löfkvist has 12 years of experience as consultant and project manager specialized in organizational development and institutional strengthening processes in public administration reform (PAR) programs in Asia and Africa at central, regional and local levels. Before joining SKL International in August 2009, she was managing a government program on improving results based management practices in Swedish development cooperation at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
