Ryan Knox is a local governance and organisational development specialist. He has worked in a range of settings, as a project manager of a large DFID leadership development programme in Bangladesh, a local governance consultant in South Asia, a social development programme manager at the European Commission in Syria and, most recently, as a consultant and project manager of SKL International projects supporting local authorities and local government associations in European integration and neighbourhood countries.
