Description of Project

The project goal was to improve the policy framework for local governance and to make approximately one third of the municipalities in BiH accountable towards it citizens through significant service improvements.

The support was focussed on municipal interventions in service delivery e.g. through one stop shops, financial management support, IT-equipment and software development and training, LED-support and spatial planning including introduction of GIS.

Description of Services provided

Policy support to Governments, Parliaments and Associations and technical assistance and grants to partner municipalities.
