Description of Project

The overall objective was to facilitate the decentralisation process in Croatia originating from the adaptation to EU-legislation.

The specific objectives of the project were:

• Improved overall institutional and legal framework of the decentralisation process
• Improved overall coordination and monitoring of the decentralisation process
• Strengthened administrative capacity of public servants at lower levels of government
