Description of Project

The project was directed to the Cabinet secretariat of Mongolia and consisted of:

• Training of Mongolian central and local trainers and development of qualified training materials
• Local training programmes for members of Local Councils and managers in all Mongolian Local Authorities
• Support to Mongolian Association of Local Authorities, MALA and its Newspaper
• Research programme about ethics in local politics
