Description of Project

The project aimed at supporting the Ministry in its ambition to make a National Strategy for how to operationalise e-government on the local level. The project included the following main activities:

  • A second opinion/analysis and input to the National Strategy project (3 stages)
  • Processing of findings through two seminars. The first one being a Strategy processing Seminar and the second one being Future oriented seminar.

At the local level, the project activities addressed representatives of the 11 largest municipalities.
