Description of Project

The project aimed at installing capacity to manage and programme national and local implementation of the European Social Fund. The Ministry of Labour and Social Policies (MLSP), Ministry of Education and Science (MES) and the Executive Agency for Employment (EAE) were involved in the planning and implementation of the project. A system of monitoring and evaluation was set up in order to provide basic data for future programming activities.
