• Enhanced understanding of the democratic importance of elections
• Training of selected target groups intended to promote democratic movements
• Conceptualisation of democratic local governance and the role of a locally elected official in the context of Belarus
• Publications and periodicals on local governance
• Partnerships between Belarusian and Swedish municipalities and international relations in general between stakeholders of a reform agenda in Belarus
• Gender mainstreaming in local administration and government bodies
